Come hungry. A full breakfast, ranging from traditional ranch breakfasts to innovative Southwestern entrees, is served every morning at 8 a.m. in the Ranch’s main dining room. Sample Menu: Spiced pears & yogurt with cranberry sauce, Migas ( Southwestern scrambles eggs with Tostitos), Santa Fe Mixed Potatoes (Spiced sausage, onions, peppers, shredded sweet potatoes & white potatoes), Cherry Enchiladas, Coffee, Tea and Assorted juices.
